Yes. We do our best to match you with a support worker based on your preferences, location, and personality. If something’s not working, you can request a change at any time.
How quickly can support start?
Once we’ve had an initial chat and confirmed your NDIS plan details, we aim to start services within 48 to 72 hours.
Will I have the same support worker each time?
Our focus is on long-term care, with a team built around you for consistency and trust.
What if I only need a little bit of help?
That’s fine. We tailor every support plan to your goals, no matter how big or small. Some participants see us once a week and some see us every day.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend support?
Yes, we’re available 24/7. Just let us know what you need and we’ll build your plan around your schedule.
Do you support people outside of metro Melbourne?
Yes. We work across all regions of Victoria. Let us know where you’re based and we’ll confirm availability in your area.
Can you help with my NDIS paperwork or plan reviews?
Absolutely. While we’re not plan managers, we can guide you through the process, connect you with helpful resources, and liaise with your support coordinator.
